upenn-gbm
Multi-parametric MRI scans from 630 patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma — the most aggressive form of primary brain cancer — collected at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Each case combines T1, T2, FLAIR and contrast-enhanced sequences with expert-validated tumour segmentations, radiomic features, matched histopathology slides, and clinical and genomic metadata. Explore how tumour shape, texture and sub-region patterns vary across hundreds of patients, and see imaging, pathology and outcomes side by side. Source: TCIA
Brain MRI volumes + tumour-segmentation masks from the UPenn-GBM cohort, sourced via the NCI Imaging Data Commons. Includes clinical metadata (survival, MGMT, IDH1, KPS) joined from the published clinical CSV. CC-BY 4.0 — cite Bakas et al. 2022 when using.
